Kina works with color and textiles, creating custom window treatments and custom furniture, and selecting rugs, lamps, artwork and accessories. Her specialties also include re-upholstery and slipcovers, bedding, headboards, pillows, cushions, and throws, as well as refurbishing of antique furniture, tables, beds chairs and lamps. Kina has been the project coordinator for many fine homes, supervising painting, refurbishing and construction, and arranges for and oversees all work, with White Glove Delivery and skilled custom installation.

Typically, Kina will arrange to meet with a new client at their home and discuss what sort of feel the client hopes to achieve. Then she will take measurements, make sketches, and return with an initial proposal. For Kina, it is all about what the client wants, and what will feel most comfortable and appealing; she is devoted to listening! Having designed many interiors and lived in a number of her own beautifully decorated homes, she brings to the conversation an ability to communicate and comprehend that exceeds that of many designers.
